Customer Care Specialist

Jaipur Rugs, a rapidly growing wholesaler in the home furnishings industry, is seeking an experienced call center customer specialist to join their high-energy team and provide world class service to their 2,000+ customers. Responsibilities include:

--Recognize the importance of each and every customer and take the necessary steps to analyze and rectify all requests and issues, including following-up in a timely manner
--Assist customers and sales reps with checking stock, order status, order processing, and order confirming
--Print shipping documents
--Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports
--Maintain and update customer files and orders
--Assist management with various projects
--All other duties as assigned

All applicants should meet the following requirements:

--A minimum of 2 years' customer service and/or administrative experience
--A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
--Ability to handle escalation calls calmly, resulting in a satisfied outcome for the customer
--Strong verbal and written communication skills
--Ability to work in a team environment
--Good organizational skills
